Pregnancy, childbirth, life with a newborn – all signify a massive transition into a new role, and for some, a new identity. This one-time workshop offers resources, information, and support to pregnant women who want to prepare emotionally and mentally for their passage into new motherhood.

We will explore the basics of maternal mental health, communicating with your partner, building a mental health “first aid kit” and more. You will also have an opportunity to connect with other expecting parents and build a supportive community.
This group is open to any pregnant person (first-timers and experienced!) at any phase of pregnancy. Zoom info will be provided after registration.
