Life with a little one can be wonderful and very, very challenging. This open, inclusive support group welcomes moms who are seeking support, community, and connection during baby's first year.

 

Come together with like-minded women as we explore topics such as: health and wellness, mood changes, relationships, body image, sexuality, bonding with your baby, and more. 

​

Babies 12 months & under are welcome. 

​

​​Nurture Community Support is $10/session. Package rates and sliding-scale options are available.

​

Nurture offers a mutual-aid structure where those who are able may sponsor group sessions for mamas experiencing financial hardship. Women supporting women is the heart of our group's ethic.

​

Registration in advance is required for all group sessions.
