Life with a little one can be wonderful and very, very challenging. This open, inclusive, compassionate, donation-based support group welcomes moms who are seeking support, community, and connection during baby's first year.

 

Come together with like-minded women as we explore topics such as: health and wellness, mood changes, relationships, body image, sexuality, bonding with your baby, and more.​​​​​​

Babies 12 months & under are welcome.
